Many times, our definition of discipleship determines our process. Jesus with His disciples is one of the most vivid and detailed examples of active, Biblical discipleship in the Word of God. The method Jesus intended is determined more by the cultural understanding of making disciples along with the word meaning. After the command the disciples would have understood the method that should be followed in making disciples is the method Jesus himself used as He discipled them. He concentrated on a few. It was an emphasis on a relational approach.
