My little girl, who can be soo sweet sometimes but who can drive me crasy some other time, is exactly like that and that article gave me a positive view of the challenge in front of my wife and me. We’re gonna have too work harder than some other parents, but by the grace of God, maybe our girl will accomplish great things for our Great GOD!! That’s worth the work 😉

Now a grandmother of the next generation of strong-willed children in our family, I treasure the advice of the importance to bend – NOT BREAK that will. Shape their will to help them see their leadership potential through encouraging them when to stand strong and when to watch and learn. Enjoy your children – they truly are God’s greatest blessing!

They are very good kids but I guess they’re reaching the rebellious stage where they think they know what’s best.

I cried so hard and prayed and so God sent me this email the next morning, that’s how I saw it :). Thank-you God! It was comforting.

I am Sunday School teacher and have a new strong willed student. The quote

“Children with strong wills have the potential to become the next generation of leaders. They have their own ideas and plans. They know what they want. They’re persistent, confident, passionate, and determined to succeed at whatever they choose to do.”

This make me look at the situation in a new light. I am ready to take on the challenge of training up this child. Knowing I am also being prepared for the strong willed children that are to come.
Thank you for sharing.
