However, good content may trump my snarky self.

Comment on Three Keys to Anointed Teaching by Philhttp://www.discipleblog.com/2015/06/three-keys-to-anointed-teaching/comment-page-1/#comment-68548 Tue, 30 Jun 2015 16:16:54 +0000 http://www.discipleblog.com/?p=2815#comment-68548 The Holy Spirit’s anointing is simply received as a gift from God as Christians earnestly seek the Person of the Holy Spirit and His free gift through prayer. It is not a “one time” experience of anointing, but is a result of a continual surrender and reliance on God alone as the creator and sustainer of all things including our new life and “a new and living way” in us. God wants to anoint us with power from on high so that we do not “do the things that we would” (Gal.5:17) but the works of God by the presence and power of the Spirit in and through the manifest presence of Christ in us (Philippians 2:12-13). I hope this helps.

In a time when it’s so difficult to find enough volunteers to teach, I am challenged and encouraged by this idea of anointed teachers! I really enjoy your posts! Thank you so much!

Am a mother of 3 currently homeschooling one. What you have mentioned is very true!

When you touch them lovingly, you have their full attention and if ur harsh to them, you’ll both be messed up the entire day!

May We seek wisdom constantly as parents and teachers in order to impact our children eternally.

Stay blessed.

Comment on Kids need this biblical diet by NiaBari Blessing Maebahttp://www.discipleblog.com/2015/05/kids-need-this-biblical-diet/comment-page-1/#comment-63130 Thu, 21 May 2015 15:13:25 +0000 http://www.discipleblog.com/?p=2780#comment-63130 I thank God and for this ministry. Your posts have always inspired my commitment to serve God and the children whom the Lord has entrusted in my care to train and nurture. This teaching on Biblical illiteracy to me is a spiritual wake-up call to believers, families, Churches to take our rightful place of dominion and disarm every giant. Once again thank you and remain ever blessed in His service.

It is not only in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA but in the world. as you said”Biblical illiteracy is the most dangerous threat to the viability of the church in the world” as a father leaving in Africa, I wonder how I can set hands on all the resources listed on this core Bible curriculum map? I need to have copies of each . may God help me and Lead me. It is not difficult but much more possible when you have the Bible and a road map guides like these ones. Thanks. this wake up call came when I looked at the curriculum map. please how can I have a flat rate to be able to buy all of them? I’m a father of 9 children now from various age groups and I want to do my own by bringing the good news to them and allow God the Holy Spirit do his own in their life and in our lives as a Family. thanks for looking into this request. prayerfully yours. in Jesus Name. AMEN

I can use this to illustrate to my Now Kids(children’s church) about the Holy Spirit and how He can live inside of them. Thank you!

Great word. We, adults, limit the Holy Spirit in children. You said it perfectly using the phrase “junior Holy Spirit” there is no such thing. When children are taught about the Holy Spirit and then allowed to truly experience the Gifts and moving of the Holy Spirit, it is amazing. Children are only taught to limit the Holy Spirit by our examples.
